You don't have to be a superhero to be a transformer! Around the world people are doing amazing things to transform their lives and make the planet a better place.

Our exciting new Transformers resource, ideal for use in primary schools during Christian Aid Week (11-17 May), follows the stories of how children across the globe are changing the world one community at a time - from hopping across bridges in Scotland to eating healthily in Peru to going to school in Ghana.
