Our website for children - www.globalgang.org - has had a fantastic makeover.
And to celebrate the great new look we have launched the 'Gang up on poverty' film-making competition.
This is a nationwide search for young, aspiring movie makers, to make a short film about what should be done to address global poverty.
The competition is open to young people aged between seven and 14 and the winning entry will be shown on www.globalgang.org and displayed at the London International Gallery of Children's Art later this year.
You can find more information, including the rules, entry form and lesson plans on the Gang up on Poverty page.
Do encourage children to visit the site. It's full of amazing real-life stories, fun games, funky facts and lots more. Children from around the world can exchange views and experiences on the message boards and we're in the process of updating all the related teaching materials. These used to be called 'Planet teacher' topics, and can now be found in the Primary classroom section of this site.
