Country: Bangladesh; El Salvador; Mali; Nicaragua; The Philippines; Senegal

Crazy Climate explores the issues of climate change and poverty in a lively and exciting poster.

Our double-sided poster resource includes:

– a full-colour A1 poster, which provides an introduction to the link between climate change and its effects on the lives of some of the world's poorest people, including questions designed to generate lively discussion

– class activities, including lesson plans and drama ideas

– an assembly, which encourages pupils to empathise with the issue of environmental refugees

Use with our board game, Trees and Chimneys – a twist on Snakes and Ladders – children can take the climate change challenge and help save the planet!

Online resources include: PowerPoint presentation, video stories, further activities, factsheets and glossary – see Resources toolkit (right).

Please note: the resources listed on this page are the same as those listed on the Crazy Climate resource pack page - but copied here so that teachers looking for assemblies don't miss them!
