Our March assembly deals with the tricky issue of the global recession.

It will help younger children to understand that whilst money worries are prevalent, lots can be done to lighten the load with a 'make do and mend' approach.

Drawing on stories from Afghanistan, Gaza and Honduras, we look at young people who are making a positive contribution in difficult circumstances with their enterprising attitude and skills... Zhara, Ayman and Jerzon should be an inspiration to us all!
